We may collect additional Personal Data during that process including details of the group members you are traveling with, flight and accommodation details and any special requirements you may request.

We may also use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Sensitive Personal Data

We, our service providers, and third parties which are providing a quote or fulfilling your travel arrangements may, however, require certain sensitive personal date to provide services which you have requested, or to deal with your enquiries, for example special health or dietary requirements or easy room access due to a disability.

Customer Relationship Management Tool

We may use third-party Service Providers to securely store and maintain your Personal Data of a business nature.

FileMaker Pro

Filemaker Pro is a database application that offers customer relationship management (CRM) services. Heritage Tours utilizes FileMaker Pro to maintain Personal Data to personalize and tailor your requests for itineraries, as well as for ongoing contact and communication by email, over the phone and face to face.

Itinerary Builder

We may use third-party Service Providers to build itineraries and create quotes that you or your travel agent request for our products and services.

Tourcube

Tourcube is a software used by Tour Operators and other travel providers to create custom leisure and group trips. Heritage Tours will utilize and store your Personal Data in Tourcube to create quotes and to fulfill your travel bookings.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
